2023 Holiday Delivery Information & Opening Hours

Looking for our all-important festive delivery dates, opening hours and other important information? You’ve come to the right place.

Please note that the dates and times below have been advised to us by both Royal Mail and DHL but we would strongly recommend placing any and all orders as soon as possible.


Holiday & Christmas Delivery

Our offices and warehouse are closed on Saturdays and Sundays so orders placed between 5.30pm (GMT) on Fridays and 9am (GMT) on Mondays will not be processed until we reopen the following week. We always aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days.

This year Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday. Orders received after the dates outlined below have no guarantee of being delivered in time for Christmas. Orders placed after these dates will be processed once our offices and warehouse reopen on January 2nd, 2024.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Delays to Dispatch

MARCH 29, 2021 UPDATEOUR DISPATCH OPERATION IS NOW FULLY OPERATIONAL AGAIN, WITH EXPECTED DISPATCH TIMES BACK TO THEIR USUAL 1-2 WORKING DAY TIMELINE FOR UNFRAMED ITEMS AND 3-4 WORKING DAYS FOR FRAMED ITEMS.

Icons.com is sorry to announce that dispatch and delivery of some orders from Icons.com are now subject to minor delays.

This is due to the fact that several warehouse staff are currently in isolation, in accordance with medical and government protocols, as well as unexpected framing material supply issues. Therefore, all framed items purchased from Icons.com are now taking longer than usual to process and dispatch. Please now allow 8-10 working days for orders of all framed items, except Black Wooden Framed photos.

Please note that purchases of Acrylic Cased memorabilia are not currently subject to delays.

From Our CEO: Business As Usual

Here at Icons.com, we wanted to provide an update for all our customers, suppliers and friends in sport. In particular we’d like to assure everyone that for the time being we are still operating business as usual – but, of course, there are a few changes.

We are still taking orders 24/7 from all around the world and dispatching said orders to 3-4 working day(s) timeframe. To allow this to continue, while adhering to the all the safe-working practices and protocols recommended to us by the UK government, we have closed our headquarters in London. Our distribution facility in Dorset is, at the time of writing, unaffected. 

We care deeply about the safety and wellbeing of our staff and all those around us. So we will continue to keenly monitor the ongoing developments and take every precaution as necessary.

We dispatch using DHL and their world class international shipping service and, as such, we’re able to continue to send out orders to all four corners of the world on a daily basis with no problems.

While the football season is suspended, we’ve decided to reach out to our friends and partners across the wider football community to give away some of our iconic products – hopefully bringing cheer to some lucky winners in these uncertain times. Look out for promotions, competitions and giveaways over the coming weeks. We’re very excited about what we have planned.
